Bayern Munich will try to prevent Chelsea from finally wining the European crown when they host the Blues in the 2012 UEFA Champions League on their home pitch at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
Chelsea Live Stream
Chelsea's improbable comeback in the second leg of the semifinal at the Nou Camp against defending champion Barcelona with 10 men gave the team a ton of confidence and the belief that they can overcome any odds.

However, defeating a world-class squad like Munich will be tough for Chelsea since several important players are suspended for the final because of yellow or red cards.
Bayern Live Stream
Branislav Ivanovic, Raul Meireles, John Terry and Ramires will all miss the final for Chelsea, which is a problem that could be intensified if centre-backs Gary Cahill and David Luiz cannot get fit in time for the match.

Ramires is the biggest loss for the Blues because of his ability to defend, score on the attack and give the club pace in the middle of
the pitch. Terry is a big loss as well because of his strong defense and leadership as captain.

Holger Badstuber, David Alaba and Luiz Gustavo will miss the final for Munich, and while these are three quality players, there's no reason why Bayern can't overcome their absences.

Will Chelsea finally achieve their goal of winning the Champions League, or will Munich win their fifth European crown?

American Idol's Skylar Laine: "I'm Just Relieved Right Now. No More Stress."

Tweet Appearing calm and collected in front of reporters just an hour after she was eliminated, American Idol's Skylar Laine was eager to head home. "I wanna go mud ridin', that's the first thing I'm gonna do!" she said with a smile. "I'm just relieved right now. No more stress."
The fifth-place finish didn't come as a surprise to the country crooner, who used her final moments on the show to comfort her friend and competitor Hollie Cavanagh as they stood on stage in the Bottom Two. "She was in the same place twice before and she thought it was her time to go home, and I just looked at her and said, 'I think you're going to be surprised,'" Laine said.
Laine appeared to be gaining momentum in the competition, with the judges praising her Wednesday night performances. "I went out on a good note," she said. "I don't have any regrets from this whole experience. I've shown what kind of artist I want to be and what kind of album I want to make in the future, if I get the chance."
It was fitting that Skylar's departure came on the night former Idol winner Carrie Underwood returned to perform, and the country superstar is already voicing her support. "I heard Carrie said to someone that the country community's already welcomed me with open arms, and that means a lot to me," said Laine. "Meeting her was amazing, and I'm just ready to go into country music, y'all!"

"The Avengers": Critics praise the action-packed film

Tweet (CBS News) A bevy of superheroes hit the big screen Friday in "Marvel's The Avengers," the new action flick from director Joss Whedon. And they are being welcomed by many critics.
There's Robert Downey, Jr. as Iron Man, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye and Chris Evans as Captain America.

When an unexpected enemy threatens global safety, Nick Fury of the international peacekeeping agency,. S.H.I.E.L.D., decides to assemble a team to save the world from disaster.

Reviews are largely positive, with film review aggregator site Rotten Tomatoes compiling a 93 percent rating. Still, some critics weren't completely blown away. Wall Street Journal, for example, noted its "slow start."

Here's a sampling of critic reviews:

Movie critic Leonard Maltin: "If every summer blockbuster or comic-book movie were as good as 'Marvel's The Avengers,' I'd greet the upcoming release slate with a lot more enthusiasm ... but there aren't many writer-directors as talented as Joss Whedon. Indeed, it's the writing that sets this film apart from the crowd, in harmony with perfect casting, first-rate visual effects, and other key ingredients."

Movie critic Roger Ebert: "'The Avengers,' much awaited by Marvel comics fans, assembles all of the Avengers in one film: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, the Black Widow and Hawkeye. This is like an all-star game, or the chef's sampling menu at a fancy restaurant."

The Washington Post gave it 3 out of 4 stars, noting: "The performances are so well-pitched in 'The Avengers,' meshing with such vividness and ease that it's tempting to overpraise the good but not great movie that surrounds them."

The Denver Post gave the film 3.5 out of 4 stars, explaining: "It's two-plus hours of visual brawn, unexpected heartbeats and welcome humor ... Does 'The Avengers' reinvent the genre? Not exactly. But it offers fans -- comic book habitue and moviegoer alike -- an epically enjoyable time that weaves character with action in ways that take serious and playful pleasure in pop culture ideas."

The New York Times review wasn't 100 percent glowing: "The light, amusing bits cannot overcome the grinding, hectic emptiness, the bloated cynicism that is less a shortcoming of this particular film than a feature of the genre. Mr. Whedon's playful, democratic pop sensibility is no match for the glowering authoritarianism that now defines Hollywood's comic-book universe."

Manchester City vs. Manchester United: Preview, Live Stream, Start Time and More

When Manchester United travel to the Etihad to take on Manchester City come Monday, much more than three points will be on offer—rather, the entire English Premier League will be up for grabs.

United currently hold a three-point lead over City, and if they could pick up all three points here, then they'll nearly be impossible to run down for the title. However, if City win, their superior goal difference would take them to the top of the table.
Man Utd vs Man City Live Stream
It all comes down to this one, and here's everything you need to know and more about this crucial Manchester derby.

Where: Etihad Stadium

When: Monday, 30th April at 3PM ET

Live Stream: ESPN

Last Time These Two Met: Manchester United 1, Manchester City 6

Few City fans will forget the time that they waltzed in to Old Trafford and gave the hosts a 6-1 drubbing; few United fans will have forgotten it either.

In United's defense, City did score three goals in stoppage time and the Red Devils were down to 10 men, but at the end of the day, the scoreboard read what it did.

United will know the embarrassment they felt at home and will be desperate to make amends in some way for that horrible day back in October. City might not have lost at the Etihad this season in the Premier League, but if any side is going to be able to change that, it will be United.

Big Question: How big is Manchester City's home-field advantage?

After watching their dominance at the Etihad this season, there is little doubt as to the advantage that Manchester City have playing at home. They've won 21 of their last 22 Premier League matches there and haven't been defeated at home all season.

United, on the other hand, lost their last away match to Wigan Athletic and only just got up in their road match before that, leaving it until the final 10 minutes of play to find a match-winner against Blackburn Rovers.

Yet, for all City's home field dominance and United's recent road flutters, don't expect there to be a gulf in class between these two sides at all.

The Red Devils may be scoring less goals away from home (2.12 per game), but they're also conceding far less as well, averaging just 0.76 goals against per game away from home.

How To Get Disability Benefits - Be Persistent And Be Prepared

Tweet The fact that you have reached a point where you are looking for answers on how to get disability benefits means that you are probably unable to work due to disease or accident. It's unfortunate that the SSDI process is not more streamlined and thus less stressful but you can prepare yourself emotionally and materially for what lies ahead.

First, you are going to be interrogated by a representative of the Social Security Administration.

I know that the word interrogate sounds extreme but to most people the interview seems like an investigation. The total stranger that is going to ask you very personal questions is a totally unbiased prospector for the facts. It is best that you expect this process to be unpleasant. If it all goes smoothly and you feel like you've been visiting a long lost relative then that's a bonus. However, you need to go into this interview poised and prepared. Don't expect the interviewer to think your case is special because he/she has done this a ton of times and they've pretty much heard every type of story.

Secondly, have your financial records in hand.

These records will include this year and last year's income amounts, this year and last year's tax forms. You should have a complete and detailed accounting of all of your expenses too. Not only will you need to provide all of these details for yourself but you will need the same records for your spouse. Have contact information such as your employer's name, phone number and address. The SSA will not just take your word for anything concerning this application process.

Thirdly, have your complete medical condition documented.

You will want to have a complete record of the dates of doctor's visits and testing evaluations. You will want to include notes from your doctor. It would also be a good idea to have a second opinion concerning your physical inability to function in the work place. Just because your doctors think you are disabled does not mean that the SSA will think you are disabled. Learning how to get disability benefits requires preparation.

Fourthly, be prepared for rejection.

Seventy to seventy-five percent of all first time disability applicants will be denied benefits. I say this to stress the need for persistence. Rejection is the normal process and nearly everyone who has gained disability benefits has had to file at least one appeal and often more than one. So don't lose heart and continue to fight for disability benefits.

If you feel you have a need that could be met by SSI or SSDI please check out the free report at http://www.howtogetssi.blogspot.com or you can pick up a free resource kit at How To Get SSI.
